SuperDapp Development Update
Our development team has made strides toward the first public release of SuperDapp! We’re happy to present you with this update on what the team is currently working on in our mission to enhance the human experience through Web3 and AI.
Mobile Clients
In case you haven’t heard, SuperDapp will include Apple and Android versions, in addition to a Web version. The Web release will make the first splash. Mobile versions will follow shortly after, likely a month or two from SuperDapp Web. The extra effort our front-end developers currently put into the mobile versions ensures you will have the best experience possible with SuperDapp on your mobile device.
Web dApp Optimizations
We are also working to make the Web version efficient and optimized, not only for browser users, for mobile users as well. In the time leading up to the release of the Apple and Android versions, we want mobile users to have the best experience possible with SuperDapp Web on their devices.
Chat Infrastructure
We are in the process of completing a significant chat infrastructure upgrade which includes some leading-edge technology that will further enhance your privacy and security.
Finalizing the New Design for Audio/Video Calls
If you had the opportunity to enjoy these features in the FortKnoxster dapp, you should enjoy them even more in SuperDapp. The new design is more functional, and is better-integrated with SuperDapp as a whole.
Preparing the Production Environment
Infrastructure is being prepared that will scale-up to accommodate the high demand we expect from new users. Redundant systems are also being established for enterprise resilience.
AIDA (AI) Integration
Our integration with GPT-4 is complete for SuperDapp V1. AIDA is born! Have a sneak-peek! Current V1 development work includes solving for retention of and reference to longer AI chat histories, fine-tuning our language model for more accurate prompt results, and defining token usage characteristics for end-users. We are already working on some V2 features for AIDA ahead of time as well, including callouts within group chats, ability to integrate/cross-integrate with plugins (including community-developed), and a lot of research into making SuperDapp the ultimate platform for AI-driven apps/plugins!
Internal Testing and Processes
Testing is ongoing for each facet of SuperDapp, to identify and resolve bugs, down to the finer details. We are also enhancing our internal processes. For example, introducing ratio tracking for bug intake vs resolutions, which helps us accurately gauge where new code or new features are in their progress toward inclusion in a future release.
New Website Design
As you know, the current website is a simple overview of the SuperDapp concept. With all the progress we’ve made, the new upcoming website shifts focus to visually showcasing all of what SuperDapp has to offer, and providing all the tools and info people need to get started. It will include links to technical information, tokenomics, governance details, downloads, and more. The design team is nearly finished. Here are just a few screengrabs, in no particular order.
Summary
All aspects considered, SuperDapp is on-track for its first public release around the time that Rollux is deployed to mainnet. This is ideal, as SuperDapp is designed to leverage Rollux as its blockchain backend to provide the best possible service for those who utilize the crypto wallet and Web3 capabilities of the application.
We appreciate the SuperDapp community and look forward to keeping you updated!
